Alrighty guys, so you asked me to show you what I ate in a day so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate! This is a pretty typical food day for me given that it’s summer so there’s lots of fresh veggies and salads. My meals will generally change throughout the seasons but it’s usually high protein and low carb. I will have a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it! I think its hilarious that everyone becomes a nutritionist and knows what
kind of diet is good for Cassey. You “fruit bats” as you guys call
yourselves, even though you may be trying to give helpful advice come off
so arrogant and self righteous that no one but other alike people are
going to listen to any “advice” you try to give.
One diet is NOT, good for everyone. It is awesome, truly that you feel
fantastic only eating extreme amounts of fruit, however that does not agree
with some peoples bodies. I just wish that you “fruit bats” could have some
modesty and be more polite, if you are indeed trying to help someone. No
one, and I mean not one person is going to listen to someones “advice” when
they say that the way you’re living right now is wrong, gross and “sad”.
Just some food for thought.
Also I can see what you guys act like this when I saw your role model call
someone who doesn’t follow what she does a “undercarbed troll” It’s just
terrible. That is why I personally wouldn’t follow her, though I don’t
disagree with it just more positivity from her community would be awesome.
I love Cassey because she uplifts and makes others feel happy, even if
they’re not living exactly how she is. She is so positive and gives her
followers so much happiness. 🙂 Plus her workouts kick my butt! <3
Wow you “fruit bats” give the rest of us vegans a bad name. Gawd you’re all
practically on the same level as Westboro baptist church without all the
picketing…just comments that sound like a broken record.
Im a high carb vegan so The amount you eat in one day, i ussually eat in
one meal and still stay very slim

I’m being honest here, I think I would die on a low carb diet.. I love
carbs and its my main food source, the thought of living low carb gives me
a headache @_@
Why do you go low carb ??
That looked like so little food. Can you really be fueling your body with
pure lettuce and water? It does feel like you are undereating, but it
strangely doesn’t show, you’re not as lean or svelte as you would expect.
I’m very confused.

For you deluded fruit bats, proof the diet isn’t for everyone is my dad. I
taught him about vegan diets because he has SO many problems – diabetes,
high cholesterol & blood pressure, 1 of 3 main heart arteries is 50%
blocked & there is other things but I can’t remember them all. He was on
the vegan diet for a year, he was miserable & there were no changes.
Finally he decided he couldn’t do it anymore & went back to his normal
diet. Only difference is he stopped drinking so much & cut out junk food.
He’s much happier now. But I hope you fruit bats realise that not everyone
wants to jump on board with it, their happiness comes first to them. If it
works for you, great. But please stop bashing everyone else & jump off your
high horse, leave everyone be. You can be the optimal human being with the
fruit bats, leave everyone else alone
But….. I’m asian and need my rice and noodles!

I know you share your life to try to help but I don’t agree with this. How
can you function eating a low carbohydrate diet? Probably because your body
is used to starvation. Carbs are not why you gain weight and are not
unhealthy if you eat the right ones. Eat potatoes, rice, make your own
bread, beans, fruits and vegetables. You will be healthy and loose weight.
I eat four to five meals a day of mainly carbs and I’ve been doing just
fine. The fat you eat is the fat you wear, not carbs.
This is the perfect diet, matches my taste perfectly (except for the sea
food). Great video, I love this!

1200 calories a day? Is that enough? When I eat things like that I’m still
hungry ^^ I eat a lot more fruit and more vegetables and I eat whole wheat
bread sometimes. 😉 But I do a lot of sport too 🙂
