You can also swap your pasta and bread for whole weat pasta and bread. Then
you have healthy complex carbs that will give you the energy you need to
burn fat in your workout 🙂 Also I don’t know if you can get it in the US
but Chapmans icecream makes a really amazing sugar-free/lactose free
icecream that tastes just like the real thing. (I love their maple wallnut)

start slow 🙂 reduce it to one soda a day, then eventually only one soda a
week, then one soda a month and soon no soda at all. I don’t drink soda on
a regular basis at all anymore. 🙂 Maybe 3-4 times a year? And that’s only
if there is nothing else to drink at a party or a friend’s house besides
tap water.

I know you commented this like a year ago… but I had to share! I find
zevia at my local Sprouts, I’m pretty sure they have it at Whole Foods too.
What I would recommend is looking it up online and seeing if they have a
store locator or some way to find out where it’s sold in your area. 🙂 Good
luck! (LOL. For all I know, you could have already found it and stocked up
on every flavor. But there you go! Me and my two cents.)
