    I have a kind of weird question… in one of ur videos u say that the more
    hormons u have the more ripped u will be and or get. will that say if u
    jerk off less u will get ripped faster? im just asking because i am kind of
    skinny, i do have some muscles and i do have abs that show and i am
    perfectly happy with my body, but was just wondering..

    Tuna in England is about £1 a tin. That’s about $1.50. I don’t think that’s

    Although I quite dislike freelala the way she acts in her videos and came

    This is the average shape in Asia!
    Us Europeans and Americans have FAT standards and that’s all, they are not
    anorexic whatsoever! Not that I approve this diet but please !
    What is not normal in this world in not being able to run 20 miles when
    some people can run 1000.

    It must feel incredible moving around in a light, athletic body. I’m about
    20 pounds above my ideal weight. I can notice a difference even with just
    two banana smoothies a day, but I still eat too much other stuff.

    hmmm before men learn to hunt…they ate raw foods…they didn’t live too
    long. However, when fire was discovered and early humans began to cook
    their meals…they began to live longer and were much healthier. Eating
    more veggies and fruits should be 30% of our diet…however, we can’t
    neglect other nutrients found in cooked foods. Proteins is essential for
    product and keep muscle, immune function, and to transport molecules so
    that hemoglobin can transport oxygen. People who only eat RAW foods, will
    eventually develop heart disease. If you don’t believe it, read the
    research. For sure increase more veggies and fruits as much as we can eat,
    then small portions of proteins.
