90 degrees angle when you “train” your upper body and joke about failing in
that? Nobody believes that. You just show your narcissism, please the
company who pay you and and try to cover it up with a helath philosophy.

The stairs: Why do you recommend to use weights and then tell them that one
probably won’t walk tomorrow? Why not doing it without stairs and avoid
muscle pain and shorten recovering times to do the excercises more often?
You cook so much animal products which is unhealthy. And slices of onicon
and three times the garlic? Disgusting

Kellogs and breakfast bars are full of sugar.
How much does it generally cost to reserve/hire a fitness room like the one
in this video? Is it expensive bc you’re not sharing the equipment with
other people? and do you need to go to a more upgraded/advanced gym for
them to have these types of fitness rooms bc the regular one are very small
usually. Sorry if this didn’t really make sense!

You are not fit. You’re too skinny. You have no curves like a man and you
looks older than your age because of depraving yourself. You get only
supplements to get your vitamins but supplements can not remplace food.

OMG Thank You im gonna tell you my story Im 9 years old and i hate how i
look so today i worked out for 51 minutes but i took breaks because i have
heart problems i hate how i look but im changing all the bad stuff i eat to
Salada and fruits thx so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
it is good, that you eat carbohydrates before workout, as it gives you
energy, and you obviously don’t need to loose weight, and it is your own
choice, but I will just like to inform you, that your breakfast is very
high in sugar, both from the cereal, milk and all the snacks (even though
it is natural sugar from almonds and maybe the bars, I don’t know that
brand). If you want to be healthier, maybe eat some greek yougurt with
fruit, or oatmeal, or omelets or something 🙂 I am sorry if you get
offended by this, I didn’t mean to offend you 🙂
Um. I think it is wrong to pretend you always eat Kellogs, milk,
tomato-flavoured almonds, this crackers and sea weed stuff for breakfast.
You obviously just got paid to show that to the viewers. And animal
products are never healthy. Educate yourself.
no offense but if you don’t know anything about working out you shouldn’t
post workout videos.
These tips are probably really good, but what I don’t like about youtube
videos like this is that the youtubers forget that we don’t all work at
home. Most of us don’t have two and half hours to kill before work/school,
and most of your viewers are young, i.e they don’t buy their own food.
Obviously, I understand that this being your routine, it’s adapted to your
everyday life, but i think it still is pretty unachievable for most of us.
Still a good video, though, I’m not bashing you at all, Weylie 🙂
for the bicep curl, my trainer told me you can (and in my case SHOULD)
actually rest your elbows at your hips, so that you only lift with you
biceps and not your whole arm.
Um just a salad for lunch after all that workout? You are depriving
yourself in my opinion.
Why do I feel like every video now on YT contains a commercial or product
