    week won’t do much short term.

    @whodaman87 i can do 40/30s when i do 7min workout and eat like vegan and i
    for a month and lost 15 kg @@ that fuking amazing i mean 7min workout i do
    2 time/day and 3 round/time this real pain but after few day youll be ok
    like pupup first time i try do putup 15/round then i made it 20 and more
    more now i can do 40 on 30s mean 3 round i do ít 120 time and 2 wordout/
    day mean i do 240 time

    Ha ha, most people can only do between 10-15 pull-ups and I think it’s
    funny they expect you to do 25. I guess you can take a break at 15 and then
    pound out 10 more.

    gain significant muscle mass, you need to train with progressively heavier
    weights
