funny they expect you to do 25. I guess you can take a break at 15 and then
pound out 10 more.

What’s a good alternative to box jumps?

Do you do other cardio on top of this like the treadmill or does this give

Have you seen Ready Set Ripped? (check it out on google) It is a quick way
to build muscle fast.

How much are you supposed to deadlift? One plate?

50 deadlifts? shoulda had volume up must be low weight or something lol

all this is doable except the pullups. I can do like 10-15 🙁
