Most of us know about the many kinds of food that are bad for the teeth, some are not aware that there are several kinds of food that keep the teeth healthy. Consuming food high in sugar, starch, or carbohydrates produces bacteria that feed on the food left behind. They generate acid that leads to tooth decay.

We have to meet up the target nutrition value to have a well health. Eating healthy foods means eating those foods regularly which provide us the right amount of nutrients that we required for our health. There is RDA for every element of foods.
