1 odd trick to lose fat:
http://sixpackshortcuts.com/rd2Z
Hey y’all,
I’m Mike Chang and in today’s episode, I’m going to show you how to make your meals delicious. Having better tasting meals will give you an extra incentive to stick to your diet. And in return, helping you burn off that stubborn belly fat.
Video breakdown:
My one trick to make healthy foods taste better is by adding virgin coconut oil to my meals. The coconut oil adds a rich sweet flavor and prevents the foods from being dry.
I know you’re probably thinking, “Man, isn’t oil full of fat”. True, but unlike most fats, the coconut oil contains a type of fat that is very easy for the body to break down.
With this fast breakdown process, your body will be able to use the fat as a quick source of energy. With the fat being used up so quickly, it would never be stored into the body as fat.
Try it out for yourself, I know you will love the flavor and love the fat loss.

Whats so great with omega 6 “high” vegetable oil? How much of the omega, or
rather how little can our body even absorb? From what ive heard and found
on google its little. Flaxseed-/ linseed oil (not native english speaking):
Typ av olja, Omega-3, Omega-6, Enkelomättat fett, Mättat fett
Linfröolja…… 57 ………..16 ………….18 ………………….9
The down with omega is that in high temperatures it brakes down to transit
fat.
Omega 3 intake should be higher, around 3x higher than omega 6, just google
for the reasons, which are many. Its easy to eat enough omega 6, but omega
3 is alot trickier, unless you love fish, eating it 3+ times per week (not
many of us does that).
does mike have a meal prep vid
why r u breathing so heavily XD
For a normal person 3 tablespoons a day. I think some people might use to
much of that oil :D
Man you nuke your food, not good try warming it in the oven. Then it will
taste better also
healthy but fat, coconut oil is a good fat but still full of calories…
Actually the best thing about the coconut oil is that it is resistant to
high temperatures, meaning that it doesn’t disintegrate int carcinogenic
compounds under high heat, which makes it the best fat for frying.
The coconut oil I bought was really hard in texture x(
I can just see people baptizing their food in coconut oil.
I bought coconut oil just yesterday even though I had watched this vid 3
years ago. Didn’t have time to go buy stuff, sometimes totally forgot about
it and financial problem. Story of my life
Diet Plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on a lot of videos
and I thought they were scams. However after my friend follow it, and
finally lost lots of weight with it without starving herself. I’m
persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on
google.
How does this guy have 3 mill subs
I used to eat like a pig sat. fat reg. fat. burgers, fast food, pizza,
cake, soda pop, a lot of fried foods like chicken, steak, just everything
that’s not healthy at all. I’m 6ft and did weigh 260 lbs but I ended up in
the hospital to have my gallbladder removed (big surprise there) but now
I’m looking to make a lifestyle change and to eat healthier but without a
gallbladder a lot of foods jack me up so any help I can get would be
awesome. ps I did manage to get my weight down to 196 lbs and even quit
smoking. my kids need me to be around a little longer I’m just sorry it
took me getting my gallbladder removed to see it. again thanks for any help
from anybody. pps you look pretty damb good and I say that in a NON gay
way. lol if I looked like you I would hang out at the beach but nobody
wants to to see a guy that looks like he just swallowed a basketball. lol.
Is whole turkey bad to add to your meal preps
Oh lord boy you gotta put on clothes I was so absorbed looking at that
wonderful body I forgot what the coconut oil was all about. Oh men you are
super hot and good looking
Microwaving the plastic you had the food in is very unhealthy and could
cause cancer. Don’t microwave plastic unless it’s for the microwave.
Wow, a lot of negative judgement here. Anyway, you have a new follower
here. Thanks for the tip, btw I read somewhere that depending on the
persons metabolism, if your metabolism is really good burning off fat is
not a problem. So that could most likely explain why coconut oil is not
viewed as so bad. Don’t know if everyone can pull off eating often but
depending on your body, it can work well for you or work against you. But
outside of that I’ve noticed that in the world of body building people have
made it their job to be extremely critical of each other. So I felt that I
should send some support and thanks.
I’ve done plenty of research on coconut oil. It is very good for you. The
average male should have around 2 T a day. NOT 5. It’s 120 cal per T and
that’s expensive. You can get 100% extra virgin organic cold pressed
coconut oil for $6-$7 at your local Walmart. Just pointing that out. It has
the good fats but too much consumption can lead to other things.
But I like your overall video.
You look juicy and extra good. Thanks for working out!
He’s hot!!!
And I will try coconut oil, thanks.
U should get some Burger King
So I put this on my Quarter Pounder w/ cheese and it will improve the
taste? I’m excited.
131g of calories…?
I want to let you know, fabulous video giving your personal tips for adding
flavor as well how to increase someone’s desire to dress their undesirable
dry chicken. I will try eating the coconut oil like ice cream one day.
Keep inspiring improvement to the world.
Healthy Ju
Mike I like your vids but maybe put a shirt sometime lol not forcing you
but yeah haha
Hey I got a question, I usually don’t put coconut oil on my diet foods, I
would usually put hot sauce. Does putting hot sauce does putting hot sauce
bad, good, or doesn’t really affect the meal? I use the brand “Frank’s
RedHot Hot Sauce” ( Orginal ) and currently on my meals I have protein and
veggies, is this a good setup? I was planning to add carbohydrates ( Brown
rice ) later when I lose most of my weight. There’s mostly sodium in the
hot sauce, also you in your other videos you never mention sodium or how
much is safe to consume and how much is overboard.
