Healthy Foods for Babies
Do you already have a baby? Or are you just planning to have one? If yes, then there are certain things that you need to know. The first is how to make him healthy, and how to keep him away from germs and dirt. If you can only buy lab coat so that you can be the one to assist your child all the time, you will do that. But you cannot do that. For your part, you can just give your child a hundred percent of love and healthy foods, but not to attend to him 24 hours, 7 days a week, most especially if you have work.
Juices are also good but only in a very small amount. Too much sweetness is not good for babies. So, from the time that the doctors in lab jackets already released you from confinement after delivery, you must then proceed with breastfeeding. If your milk is almost as clear as water, then stop breastfeeding. That will be the time that you can already give him juices like average amount of fresh orange juice.
You know why? It is because fruits contain a great percentage of sugar as compared to some other food designed for babies. If you give your baby great quantity of fruit juices, it may lead to a huge calorie content, and you take away fiber to get into your child’s body. So if that continues, expect that you will once again bring your child to medical professionals in lab jackets.
Your child’s bodily organs are more prone to sickness because of being so young. These may be easily damaged for lack of good bacteria fighting against illness. So, the best thing that you need to do is prepare something for him (like food or drinks) which is healthy and not that sweet. A carbohydrate is very much needed by a child plus protein content. Because they are children, they are very much energetic playing all day long and laughing with their playmates. So, what they need is a lot of energy reserves in their bodies, and in this case what they need is protein and carbohydrates.
Added to that, my friends in lab jackets told me that children within that age bracket need calcium in order to have strong bones and teeth. Avoid also giving your children candies because their teeth might be damaged. You must have this attitude that even if you are not around, you are assured that your child will not pick candies and eat it while hiding inside his room. Always remind them that they need to brush their teeth as always, every after meal because their smiles must not be ruined by decaying teeth.
So, be a good parent to your child, or if you do not have one yet, at least learn how to be a good parent.
You guys keep asking us to show you what we eat each day, so I had a late start at the gym and time to film my mornings food prep. Just bare in mind I’m currently dieting on 2500 calories a day and today was a very low carb day. I don’t eat that way everyday, so we will film another video of what a high carb days looks like for us. Also a more balanced approach for those of you who want to nail the basics.
There are many ways to get in shape and this is what we finds work well for us as we have a relatively short time to diet at the moment. We have 3 low carb days like this a week, 2 of them being non training days. The rest will be med carb & at least 1 re-feed day that comes on legs days or which every session we work the hardest.
Regardless of our approach the fundamentals are always the same REAL foods, as little processed food as possible.
