Healthy Food from a Deep Fryer

‘Fat is bad and unhealthy’ is a message that is constantly served up by health experts and enthusiasts but that is not necessarily so; not if one uses a healthy deep fryer. This fryer, which has received rave reviews from health and culinary experts, has been hailed as the healthiest deep fryer there is in the market.

This amazing fryer can be used to cook up to two pounds of food using an almost unbelievable single tablespoon of cooking oil. What this means is, instead of having to eat fat-drenched French fries, the fries from this fryer will have only three percent of fat on them. This amount is far less and much healthier than the 14 percent fat level the fries would have if a conventional deep fryer was used.

This deep fryer is even healthier to cook with than a traditional oven and makes your food taste more flavorful and still give it a good texture. It heats up to 338º F and passes around heated air to cook foods like spring rolls, chicken wings, potatoes and shrimp leaving it with a crunchy outer layer and soft, moist interior just like a conventional deep fryer does.

With this healthy deep fryer, food rotates around the innovative nonstick basin and a built-in stirring mechanism automatically turns and combines ingredients with the single tablespoon of oil. You can also add any flavorings like spices and seasonings which will also be mixed in and everything is cooked evenly. The minimal amount of oil added at the beginning is absorbed by the food.

This healthy deep fryer is always conveniently easy to use too; it does not require pre-heating like an oven and it has a timer. It is also easy to clean up after use as its basin, stirrer and lid can safely be popped into the dishwasher.

I thought that full fat yoghurt is not good for your health because is high
in saturated fat..so should I eat full fat or low fat greek yoghurt to
    maintain my healthy eating lifestyle?

I really love your channel and your advices! just wondering if protein bars
are good for eating as snacks? I do go to the gym 3 – 4 times a week and I
do 20 minutes cardio and some dumb bells lifting. However I don’t really
see any results in my body and I am thinking of taking protein shakes but
Im not sure. So I wanna go for protein bar as a start instead… any advice
    or comments on that?

One of the reasons why I really struggle eating healthy (which makes me
very fussy with food) is that I have a weird dislike/almost fear of the
textures of squishy foods and foods I haven’t tried before, even if they
look gorgeous to eat. I really want to try and eat healthier but it’s
really getting me down. Do I need to see a specialist or hypnotist or
anybody that would put me in the right frame of mind and get me over this?
Any advice? Thank you Carly! Great video!

Would two scrambled eggs cooked with spinach cooked in them with a side of
rasberries and pecans be a good breakfast.

Hi Carly I am new to your channel! I’ve been working out already for 4 days
(30 day challenge) but now I want to eat healthy as well.
The problem is I used to have an addiction (not going to specify what kind)
and I’ve been doing well but recently I’ve been all by myself and I been
really struggling and found myself eating. I solved it by locking myself
out of my home but honestly I don’t want to wait in the cold for 5 hours to
wait for my dad to come home. Any advice? I got my first addiction under
lock and key but my over eating is making up for it. Any advice?

What would you recommend for veggie’s/vegans? I go to the gym x5 a week and
have been for a month or so and I’ve seen small changes and am starting to
introduce protein powders as well. I eat my weight in quorn, avocado, egg,
sweet potato etc – anything else you can recommend? (i currently eat eggs &
    drink milk)

Hi Carly, I just discovered your 30day challenge :)! My issue with carbs
for dinner is I get really bloated and all I want to do is sleep ( as you
mentioned), therefore I am always scared that my stomach will gradually get
bigger. I have noticed my lower abs getting slightly bigger – should I cut
down on the dinner carbs, try to fall asleep 3-4hrs after dinner or
increase my full body & abs workout … any suggestions ? Thanks x

I randomly came across your Chanel and I loveee it, I love to cook so
naturally that means I can buy simple fresh ingredients and try to make
something yummy out of it. I have a question about yogurt , by full fat
what do u mean? Where would I look for that ? Its so hard there are many
different types of yogurt now a days and I was wondering if you could give
a recommendation of a few types you like? I am not really picky with my
yogurt I just like the simple kinds as I ussualy add in chia seeds and
berries myself . thanks so much 🙂
