INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
Green Dream Power Smoothie
-Just under 1 scoop Vega Protein Smoothie in Tropical Tango
http://myvega.com/product/protein-smoothie/
-Half a banana
-11/2 cups frozen fruit
-Handful (or about a cup) fresh spinach
-1 cup coconut water
-1 spoonful chia seeds
**For a super green smoothie, limit the use of red berries as they’ll cause the mixture to go brown!
Spring Pasta Salad
-Frozen cooked shrimp
-Brown rice pasta
-Annie’s Green Garlic salad dressing
-Bundle of asparagus
-Handful of grape tomatoes
-Crumbled Feta cheese
-Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste (optional)
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Avocado Pudding
-2 ripe avocados (It’s REALLY important that the avocados are ripe!)
-1/3 cup pure cocoa powder
-1/3 cup pure honey
-3 tbsp. coconut oil
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp. chia seeds
-Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter (Almond butter or any other nut butter can also be used)
-Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

All the food looked delicious and healthy! I try to eat as healthy as
possible and BTW I love the Justin’s hazelnut butter as well. So good! =)
Everything looked great! I got a jar of that Justin’s choc Hazelnut spread
at Target last week and kept getting a tsp. full! LOL I LOVE Nutella (only
from Canada or Europe) but cannot have it now, being Diabetic! Only like
Granny Smith’s in pie. We don’t do Organic but my neighbor and SIL are REAL
into it.

What’s up with this organic disease going around? How can I not find
healthy recipes from people who are not organic freaks and have an
imaginary gluten allergy?
Has someone tried the pudding?? How many calories will it have if use half
of an avocado(medium size) and then add the rest of ingredients?
Oh no, chia should be soaked before eating to get all the good stuff!
Otherwise they will just go through your system like hard pieces of p..
sand. Put chia in a cup with water, it’ll expand x9 times it size. Whole
chia jelly is great for dieting (added after blending) to add texture,
flush out toxins and makes you fuller. Blending the soaked seeds will give
you the omegas and all the good stuff. 🙂 You can also make a jelly or
pudding with the plain chia jelly with added sweetener and raw cacao for
example.

you have to be careful with chia seeds.. you need to either soak them in
water first and they will expand about 5x in size. if you don’t, then you
should eat less than a teaspoon – yes a teaspoon – because the chia seeds
will expand in your system. if you eat too many they can expand in your
digestive system and cause bowel ‘blockages’

That’s not the right way to cook asparagus 🙂 the asparagus tips must be
cooked with steam 😉 in Italy we use a pot called “asparagera” which is
high and tight in order to leave the tips outside the boiling water.
I can’t watch Themis video but I’m breaking my rules because this makes me

Are you still happy about the nutribullet ingrid? I am reeaally curious

purchase a new good blender cause mine is a bit in his last weeks of

The pasta is overcooked you have to make it al dente (less cooked) for a
perfect pasta salad and you also have to salt the water in which u put
pasta

I’ve never tried avacado but I really want to could anyone tell me what it
