This scrub makes skin smooth and gentle. Mix coffee grounds with yogurt or sour cream at proportion 1:3. Massage your skin for 5-10 minutes.
Drink a cup of freshly made coffee. Then squeeze out coffee grounds and mix it with 2 drops of your favourite essential oil and 1 teaspoon of sour cream. Apply this mixture to a sponge and massage your skin gently for 5 minutes. Wash it away with lukewarm water.
