Full Body Dumbbell Blast has 3 fitness workout levels and each workout takes approximately 30 minutes.
Perform circuits 4 times
1st circuit, each exercise 12 reps
2nd circuit, each exercise 10 reps
3rd circuit, each exercise 8 reps

Rest only after each circuit
select weight and rest time by your experience level.

rest 60-90 secs

So is this a daily routine, meaning is it OK to do this every day? Also can
this routine alone be enough exercise? I have dumbbells in my house and I
want to start working out right away, there are no gyms in the mountain I

only 2?

how much do you weight and whats the weight on the dumbells?
I made copies of this routine. It’s great to see a video with it. I’m using
15 lb, the first 3 exercises, and it still feels good. Time to step it up a
notch.

Can get big just by using dumbells alone because i dont have access to a gym
