Green beauty. Why does it matter? If you’re like any other breathing human, you probably care about what you put into your body — so why wouldn’t you care about what you’re putting on it? As “cosmetiphiles,” we’re constantly putting products on our faces and body, all in the name of beauty. But many of the ingredients within these products are detrimental for our health and have effects on our long-term vitality. Green beauty expert and New York Times bestseller Sophie Uliano made it her mission to teach men and women about red-flag cosmetic ingredients. And even though she does push for the most natural products out there, she knows it’s all about being sensible. So which products should you actually replace with green alternatives? And what makes a product “green”? Sophie breaks it all down.

Make your own natural green tea body butter! Such a fun and easy #DIY . . .
Here’s a tip for going natural: make your own make-up/skin care products.
Even the brands that say “all natural” have things like mica in it which
isn’t good for you. For moisturiser: just use an oil. For make-up: there
are lots of different tutorials on how to use natural things like beetroot
powder and shea butter to make cosmetics.

…”avoid fragrance… use yes to coconuts body lotion, which has
fragrance…” logic.
9th comment ???????.?. I think..
What’s the shelf life of the body butter? How long is it good for?

Love this green tea body butter. But just letting it set at the end is all
is needed. No need to put it in the fridge or mixing it in the mixer is
needed? But do or should I stir it together after letting it set? Thank you
