This is what I need-pure and simple explanation,no bullshit.
I see that he constanly mentions minerals as being essential, but if the
food we consume nowadays does not contain minerals just like he said, how
do we get it?
It’s funny to see how a “naturopathy” doctor recommends people to intake
unnatural artificial supplements. mmmm This looks quite fishy!
As a primary care physician with almost three decades of experience (and
Sally Field is my step-sister) I only have one thing to say (yeah, right;
me? “one thing”? lol)…ready? BRAVO! Nothing new here (to me). The Dr is
right on! This should be common knowledge. We do NOT have prescription drug
deficiencies. We have nutritional deficiencies because typical Ag practices
have RAPED the land, and now food is 80% EMPTY. We need to teach our
brothers and sisters how to eat!
Screw supplements! The body isn’t designed to metabolize isolated
nutrients, it’s designed to metabolize whole living foods. The quicker the
food rots, the more life is available from it. Period. Yet what do you see
most of when you walk into one of the “Whole Foods” stores? Bottles and
bottles of high shelf life “isolates”, known to the profession as “profit”,
to doctors as nutritional supplements, and to the consumer as…way too
easy but expensive.
The best way to flood your body with nutrition is juicing. Period. The best
stuff to juice is that which you grew yourself. The best juicer to buy is
one that cleans up quickly and easily, so it actually gets used regularly.

A bone doctor wanted me to go on one of the drugs to rebuild my bones and
when I told him that I wasn’t going to do that because the new bone would
be too brittle and break anyway, he said ” Better brittle bone then no
bones at all.” Well, my bones are much stronger now because I started a
regiment of raw food supplements and also went on the bio-identical hormone
pellets.
Well said. Most Doctors don’t care about you getting healed, they just want
to manage your pain and keep you coming back again and again… Everyone
needs to wake up to what’s going on in this world. Stick to God’s original
diet plan and so many health issues would be eliminated. The body is
amazingly created to heal itself don’t full it with drugs.

I thought I was too young to have osteoporosis, but I have it because of a
medication I took 18 years ago called Accutane. My doctor wants me to take
something similar to Boneva but I refused and am eating a raw fruit and
vegetable diet with calcium and vitamin D supplements. I will have another
bone density test next year to see how it goes. I am an RN in the
emergency room and in school for my ARNP. The medical field is not always
what you think so be very careful about taking any kind of prescription.
There are positive and negative things about the medical field. You have
to be careful and do your own research. Let food be thy medicine-

the doctor is not wrong for recommending supplements.. you can use or take
whole food supplements they sell those too.. I am going to give some vital
info here for a mineral supplement … cell salts by Hylands or you can
make a sea salt drink with a high mineral salt such as pink hymalayan sea
salt or Celtic sea salt and drink everyday first thing in the morning…

can never be fooled by any doctor I am a huge fan

To Lana Dutcher: Start with manganese & magnesium, Then look at various
trace minerals – any of these are beneficial to varying degrees. Chromium
is also good. Many of these minerals also, assuming they are bio-available
(i.e., if you are in good health), assist in achieving optimal brain health.
Also, avoid calcium – unless the need for this is indicated by some
deficiency (rare). Calcium is readily available in so many foods. They even
put it in orange juice & other food products. Many people have to much of
it and this aids in calcifying the old bone matter the body is attempting
to get rid of.
