Can I just point something else you can do? To make sugary drinks, but not
make it added sugar, go to the store and buy FROZEN lemons, they’re better
than the ones that are processed. Make lemonade, and then along with buying
lemons, buy berries, add the berries to the lemonade, and you have sugar
drinks, that are healthy.

I’ve got a question what if your eating 1400 Cals but every 3 hours with
healthy foods is it still bad to calorie count, will your body still think

I been trying to dink more water but I can not drink plane water, it’s
gross and tastes like motel and blood. So I drink metro mint water, which
looks okay. It says it purified water and mint essence. Is metro mint water
really okay? What other flavored waters are okay? And I have tried adding
things to water and it’s still gross. What water brands are okay in the
flavored waters?

Corrina, your hair/curls are gorgeous. What do you do for it besides eating
well? Natural or a perm?
good vid but there is no evidence that aspartame has any ill effects.
Weight loss is a pretty simple concept and has had the same mantra from the
beginning of time: “Eat less and be more active”.
Low carb = low cal. That’s why it works. Plain and simple. When you rmevoe one whole macronutrient from your plate, you reduce your calories by approx 1/3rd. Was nothing to do with food type. You can lose weight eating pasta, or rice, or yams. So long as you run a calorie deficit. I eat lean protein, carbs, fat. I just eat less and I exercise more. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and kept it off 2 yrs now. Eat from smaller plates. Ur eyes see a full plate, but ur eating less. Go walking too
